Emeris Westville Campus has a vacancy for a Part time Lecturer within the Faculty of Humanities for the following module:

• Selected Contemporary Crime Issues (ISCI6212)

• Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• A BA Honours, BSocSci Honours, or BA (Law) degree with Criminology as a major.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Relevant practical work experience related to the module.
• Experience teaching law modules at tertiary level.
• Experience in teaching law modules for LEAD (Legal Education and Development).
• A practising attorney, advocate, legal advisor, magistrate, judge, or other professional within the legal field, including experience as a commissioner at the CCMA or a Bargaining Council (BC).

Working Conditions: 

• Please note that this is a Part-time role with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:00.
  
• Preference will be given to South African Citizens and Permanent Residents of South Africa in possession of proof of permanent resident status.
