Emeris consolidates resources and expertise from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE-Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, with a unified approach ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.

Emeris Nelson Mandela Bay has a vacancy for Teaching Experience Supervisors for the Faculty of Education (Various Phases).

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain good relations while at schools by upholding Emeris good reputation.
• Evaluating teaching experience lessons and providing students with valuable feedback and guidance.
• Directing students to good teaching practice and ethics within the teaching profession.
• Communicate with students and staff effectively.
• Have a flexible schedule to accommodate student evaluations during school hours.
  

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• An Honours (NQF8) and or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8) in Education.
• The undergraduate or postgraduate qualification must include a focus on teaching in the Intermediate Phase, Foundation Phase and/or Early Childhood Teaching.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the foundation or intermediate phase in which they will supervise students.
  

Working Conditions: 

• Based in one of the following areas: Port Elizabeth, Humansdorp, Kirkwood, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Queenstown, Cradock, Grahamstown, King Williamstown, Somerset East, East London, Graaf Reinet, Uitenhage
• Must have work flexibility to visit schools in based area for evaluation lessons.
• Own reliable vehicle is a necessity.
